Gemma successfully completed my Coaching Practice Certificate accredited by International Guild of Complimentary Therapists in October 2023.
I have been a coach and trainer for over 26 years, and have been qualified by the International Coach Federation holding advance certificates, and a training certificate from the Institute of Personel and Development (IPD).
I consider Gemma to be highly qualified in terms of her coaching ability and understood quickly the fundamental principles of coaching. Her practice sessions were fundamentally great with an awareness and intuition of others that is deep rooted in her coaching ability, using all the skills she has from her extensive experience.
We also continue to have supervisory sessions to allow continuous professional development.
