How long do sessions last?

What do I do if my child is really anxious to come?
Don’t worry - I will support you every step of the way, including a gentle transition for both you and your child which we will discuss before our first session.

What is NLP?
NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. It is an approach that allows you to change thought patterns that no longer serve you, based on the idea that we already have the resources within ourselves to change the way we think and feel.

What therapies do you use?
I use a combination of therapies, both evidence-based and holistic, as every client is unique, so I work around the client to find tools that will help them thrive.

Can you work with the caregivers without the children?
Yes, I work with caregivers individually, caregivers and their children in alternate sessions, and some children individually. I find the process to be most beneficial to work directly with parents, helping them with practical tools to help support their child.

Do you work with parents of kids that have special needs, such as ADHD?
Yes, I have worked to support many parents with children that have ADHD and other needs.
